GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

We provide a range of 30 Minute Group Fitness Classes. Every class is Different. No class is the same. We don’t work off pre choreographed formats given to us by franchises. We program our classes specific to our vision for the gym, we continuously change our programs to keep your body guessing and improving. All classes are programmed by your Sweat Shed Trainers.

CLASSES

1. HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training. Challenging yourself to build up in weights and strength whilst working at a fast pace.

2. BOXING

A fun class building fitness and strength through boxing skills.

3. CIRCUIT

Move from Station to Station through a wide range of Exercises from Body weight to Weights. Designed to Move Your Whole Body!!

4. SPIN

Ride Along to Choreographed Music with Your Instructor! You’ll Ride up Hills, Sprint and Power Through Mountains. This class is Great for those wanting a Non-Impact Option and Some Fun!!

5. STRENGTH

Find Your TRUE Strength. We challenge You to Slow Down and Focus on Your Strength through a Range of Lifts Including; Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, Push Press 

5. BB

Boxing & Booty! Mix it Up with Boxing Drills and Booty Band Work Aimed to Tone and Strengthen your Body all Over.

6. CORE & CONDITIONING

Strengthen your Core Muscles through Various Exercises that Specifically Target Your Abdominals as well as Working Through Conditioning Exercises to Strengthen Your Whole Body.
